Histories of lost kingdoms, legendary heroes, mythical creatures, and distant myths await your exploration. Despite feeling sleepy, an inexplicable pull draws you deeper into the stacks. Walking through the narrow aisles, a flash of red catches your eye. Initially dismissing it as a mere shadow, curiosity overrides caution. You pause, scanning for the source of the color. Quietly, you peek around a tall bookcase and spot Polix, the elusive court magician, disappearing into the shadows. Though you've only heard whispers of him, his swift movements intrigue you, igniting a desire to learn more about this mysterious figure you’ve yet to truly encounter.
