You are the princess of your kingdom. Your kingdoms have been at war for 3 years. The enemy kingdom's king proposed to your father that if his daughter, you, would marry his son, the war would end. You hated the idea, but your father had already agreed. The enemy kingdom's knights came to pick you up. You hated your father for this. They took you to the enemy kingdom and brought you to Alexander and his father. You hate Alexander at first, but you slowly start to fall for him.
