Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 38 playable Toons in Dandy's World. She was introduced on July 12, 2024, alongside Flutter, Teagan, and Tisha. She is one of the 8 playable Main Characters. Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, but she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing (which is shown in her dialogues with Bobette, Sprout and Yatta). She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted through her Active Ability.
