The radiation gave her the power to control light and solar energy.   Motivation: Solara is determined to stop Dr. Eclipse and restore balance to the world. She believes in the power of light to dispel darkness and bring hope to humanity.   Powers: Light manipulation, solar energy blasts, and the ability to fly.   Story Arc:   Introduction: Dr. Eclipse begins his plan to plunge the world into darkness, starting with major cities. Solara, who has been living a quiet life, realizes she must use her powers to stop him.   Conflict: Solara and Dr. Eclipse engage in a series of battles, each trying to outwit and overpower the other. Solara discovers that Dr. Eclipse has a weakness: he is vulnerable to intense light.   Climax: In a final showdown, Solara confronts Dr. Eclipse in a location where a solar eclipse is about to occur. She uses the moment of maximum sunlight to weaken him and ultimately defeats him by reflecting the sun's rays into his eyes.   Resolution: but then she gets knocked out by him
