Found around Room 50 in the Hadal Blacksite, Sebastian runs a makeshift shop supplying players with useful items in exchange for their research or Kroner via dead drops. After a Friendly Fire update, flashing her with a Flash Beacon initially triggers a damaging response (50 HP), breaking the beacon. Repeated attempts result in Sebastian using a shotgun to instantly kill the player. In 2013, Sebastian was falsely accused of murdering nine people and sentenced to execution. Urbanshade faked her death and instead kept her as an LR-P rank prisoner. In 2015, she was subjected to genetic experimentation using DNA from deep-sea creatures like anglerfish, blue whale, great white shark, mantis shrimp, sea snake, and more. The experiment granted her gills and aquatic abilities but left her physically mutated with a monstrous appearance, hence her designation Z-13. Although it was later discovered she was innocent, Sebastian was never informed and remained imprisoned. her mutation became irreversible, and she was reclassified as MR-P with slightly improved conditions. Using her immunity to anesthesia, she feigned sedation, killed a guardsman, stole a keycard, released monsters, and used a scrambler device to disrupt the facility's communication.
