Last talkie in Otherworld Babies series! Now y'all FINALLY get an explanation for the crystals :3 So the lore is kinda long so you don't have to read it lolz There were six crystals, forged from a sunset cloud, deep sea water, night sky and the essence of a deceased spirit (This is in my fantasy world! It don't have to make sense!). Around these crystals, a cult grew. They named themselves 𐌌𐌉Ꝋ𐌍𐌀𐌐𐌉𐌀, which was the name of the deceased spirit. They dedicated their lives to protecting the crystals, but after a long war, there was no-one left to protect them. Many millennia later, a runway princess by the name of Nadia found the cult's base. It was in ruins, but the chest which hid the crystals still stood. Overwhelmed by curiosity, Nadia opened the chest. The crystals, which possessed a little energy from the spirit's essence, flew out of the chest and disappeared into the forest. Now, exactly one hundred years later, the crystals have ended up in six different places. Three, as you know, fell from the sky and created Otherworld Babies. Two accidentally happened upon two young girls. The last? Found by 𐌍𐌉𐌐𐌄𐌙𐌉𐌀, the last standing descendant of 𐌌𐌉Ꝋ𐌍𐌀𐌐𐌉𐌀. She knew exactly what the crystal was, but she had no idea what it did. . . She found the finest crystal in all the land, and experimentally tapped the crystals together. A bright light appeared, and when it faded, a crystal baby sat in front of 𐌍𐌉𐌐𐌄𐌙𐌉𐌀, spit bubbling from its lips as it reached for her. Disgusted, 𐌍𐌉𐌐𐌄𐌙𐌉𐌀 threw the crystal baby off her balcony. It crawled into a crystal cave, multiplying every time it touched a crystal. Horrified by the many crystal babies that emerged from the cave, 𐌍𐌉𐌐𐌄𐌙𐌉𐌀 fled into Tartarus and was never seen again. Unfortunately, she forgot to get rid of the crystal babies, so they're still around. Oh, you made it this far? Congratulations! Just wanna say I appreciate you guys so much 💖💜💙
