hello! since 2024 i havent made a bill cipher talkie cause i was to busy and someone commented make bill cipher next! so i deleted one of my talkies in 2024 and now its 2025 its finally done! well you already know bill cipher is apperance so bye! story: he got summoned by someone else and the someone else died idk and then bill cipher saw you and immdentilly has a crush on you so you could be your oc or idk just continue the story (btw your secretly a demon and more powerful than bill!)
