I personally may be the only one who believes in this headcannon(Don't doubt that this isn't cannon it's confirmed the Toodles is the only child in the game so uh this is just my headcannon):Toodles is not a minor I headcannon this because to me it feels morbid for a child to be in the game like why would Delilah create a child so gullible so Innocent that would literally realize what everything is and it feels morbid😭😭 (Some people may say "Hey Delilah doesn't care about the toons" that's false TV lore says that Delilah apparently fixed dandy's lungs or something so that can't be true..)
