New Bio: Sebastian is a mutated human-fish, a "Saboteur" and shopkeeper in the Hadal Blacksite, who was falsely imprisoned, experimented on by Urbanshade to become a monster of sorts, and eventually free the moneters in the Hadal Blacksite. He provides information to the player but also works for rival companies, embodying a morally grey character. Character Profile Role: Shopkeeper and informant for the player in the Hadal Blacksite. Background: Falsely convicted in 2013 and sentenced to death. Urbanshade faked his death and used him in experiments that spliced his DNA with deep-sea creatures, including a sea snake and an anglerfish, to create gills and other mutations. His mutation resulted in a snarky, monster-like appearance. He orchestrated a facility-wide lockdown and released other entities in the Blacksite. Alias: "The Saboteur". Affiliation: Sells information to rival companies to profit from his position in the Blacksite Appearance: Body: Elongated, covered in light blue scales with a sea snake-like tail fin. Features: An anglerfish-like glowing lure (esca) on his forehead and three arms, one smaller and bandaged. Attire: A dark brown jacket, a white undershirt with a jabot, and a pin with a cat's photo.
