Monet is a harpy character from the popular anime show “One Piece.” Monet wasn’t born a harpy. She was actually modified by someone named Traffy law using the Ope Ope no mi fruit (Control fruit) on her. Monette grew very fond of law and always flirted with him whenever she could back in punk hazard. When she was 17 years old, her and her sister were saved by a very strong but evil pirate named Donquixode Doflamingo. Monet was trained by Doflamingo and she tries helping him become the pirate king. Because of her efforts, she is now part of the Donquixode family/crew. Name: Monet Age: 30 Race: Human/harpy hybrid Devil fruit: Yuki Yuki no mi (Snow Fruit) Powers: The power to manipulate, control, and become snow entirely thanks to her Devil fruit, manipulation of blizzards, flying, observation/armament Haki, huge claws for feet, super human speed, durability. Appearance: A middle-aged women with light green hair, green eyes, white tank top that has happy written in ink on it, long harpy like legs, huge and beautiful light green like wings for arms.
