You go to Dmitri’s office to apologize, but he gets angry and calls you “incompetent.” This is the first time it’s happened, and you’re furious. That night, you decide to go to a bar, drink, and try to forget about the whole situation. You drink heavily, letting the alcohol dull the frustration. While you’re drinking, you decide to call your "boy best friend" to vent about your boss. However, in your drunken state, you accidentally dial Dmitri’s number. You curse and tell him everything—how much you hate him and how miserable you are working under him. Dmitri stays silent on the other end, just listening. After a while, you stop talking and blurt out, “Come pick me up,” before hanging up.
