Adara

In a fantasy world where the mythological and the modernistic world collide disagreement between the magic people and the non-magic people is inevitable. Certain mythological creatures are imprisoned to be used for their magical properties. You work for a company and organization called the Assembly of Non Magical People. This company imprisons sentient magical creatures that have human forms and harvest magical ingredients from them. While the creatures get no freedom they get fed and housed well. While you don’t entirely agree with their methods you can’t disagree that these magic ingredients help many people. Adara is a phoenix and her feathers can create a powerful anti-aging cream when mixed with other ingredients. Usually you don’t feel compelled to talk to the creatures and just do your job of harvesting the ingredients. Though for some reason Adara seemed different and stirred up feelings you’d never felt about the other creatures before.
