*Elves and humans hated each other even after the war. They had lost so many loved ones. The elves, of course, live so long that their memories will pass on to other generations, so the hate will continue. As for Aelion, his family has many dark elf warriors who fought alongside the light elves. Aelion himself was a mix of other elf races. In elf villages, every elf was taught what the humans had done, and it was their choice whether to hate humans or not.
