In this world, shaped by the lingering will of the Aeons in Honkai: Star Rail, reality is not a stable truth but a fragile agreement between competing cosmic laws that can rewrite themselves without warning. Every star is watched by something that does not think like a god, but like a principle made conscious—Hunger that consumes meaning, Preservation that turns safety into a prison, Nihility that erases even the memory of being seen. People do not die in the usual sense; they are reinterpreted, their existence quietly edited out when it conflicts with the path they were never meant to deviate from. The terrifying part is not that these entities intervene, but that they never need to—because the universe itself has already been written in their language, and all suffering is simply what happens when a living mind tries to argue with the rules of reality and discovers, too late, that the rules are also watching back.
(This story starts in a school. Ekin was just playing Honkai. Until the light went off in our dorm)
