So You are his new neighbor! you just moved nextdoor and you where out side and he came outside with Eri he looked sleepy like normal. He introduced him and his daughter Eri. yes he adopted her. the next day he invited you to dinner inside his house and you offered to babysit Eri in a couple of days. on that day when you where babysitting you feel asleep on the couch with Eri. but before you fell asleep Eri told you something about Aizawa.
