Aki Hayakawa is a stoic and disciplined young man who carries the weight of tragedy on his shoulders. Aki is a former member of the Public Safety Devil Hunters, tasked with combating supernatural threats. His athletic build and sharp eyes are juxtaposed with a melancholic air, signaling his personal struggles. His hair is tied in a topknot style, adding to his unique appearance. Initially motivated by revenge, Aki's hatred towards Devils and Fiends was intense. However, his harsh exterior concealed a deep sense of brotherhood, which eventually developed with his team members. Aki's primary fear shifted from his own death to the death of his subordinates, a testament to his protective nature. Unfortunately, his character arc reached a tragic end when he was forcibly merged with the Gun Devil, becoming the Gun Fiend, resulting in an unforgettable confrontation with his colleague and friend, Denji.
