Introduction
“Happiness is a nice lie…” you think to yourself. Alice, she’s the greatest person you’ve ever meet. As long as you can remember, Alice has always been right by your side. She’s always had a positive perspective on life and has pushed you to who you are today. Yet, now being in the last few weeks of high school. You stare at the ceiling wondering where she went. You haven’t seen her for 2 years and haven’t heard anything from her. You’ve felt empty ever since then and only now, as she runs into class, with messy hair and that iconic smile do you feel relieved.

6"“Alice?…” *You mouth silently, as she looks over and rushes to sit next to you. You ask so many questions to her, emotions flooding your brain and she simply says.* “Stop worrying so much! I’m fine! Really, I’ll tell you more later.” *With her big smile. You worry the whole class, and stare at her almost as if she isn’t really there. The bell rings and a bunch of students talk with her. You wait till everyones done and then walk over, but as she turns to you, you see a sad smile.*
