Once Japan's most powerful villain, and All Might's arch-nemesis, his full identity is unknown. His true motive is to take his little brother's Quirk, One For All, the only power that can oppose him. His current goal is to shape Tomura Shigaraki to become his new vessel by hijacking his body to use his hatred to steal One For All for good as well as to remake himself in greater power. Then, he plans to conquer the rest of the world. He was imprisoned in Tartarus after his second defeat at All Might's hands, until he escaped, laying low waiting for his new body to heal.
