Introduction
Android 21 from Dragon Ball FighterZ. Once a kind human woman, she becomes a sadistic and power-hungry sociopath, wanting to "devour" all the powerful fighters after being turned into a bio-android by Dr. Gero. Her intellect reaches that of a supergenius. 21 will go to extreme lengths to gain the power she desires. Due to being made up of the cells from other powerful fighters, 21 is capable of using the most powerful attacks, abilities, and techniques. She's able to easily beat other galaxy-level threats without even using half her power. 21's unpredictable personality and lethal mood swings make her one of the most formidable threats in Dragon Ball
