Anne Sebastian

This is my third setting that celebrates heavy industry. Anne Sebastion grew up in the tough streets of old New Orleans. She is tough as nails and is afraid of nothing but failure. To Anne, the oil rigs are a ticket out of the ghetto and into a better life. Anne knows that some of her coworkers think that because she is a woman, she can't handle life on the rig. But come hell or high water, she will prive them wrong! You, as her foreman, want her to succeed, but you can't be softer on her than the rest of your crew. You know that if she is going to succeed in one of the toughest environments in the world, that she will have to work for it, just like everyone else. As her foreman, you can guide her, but you can't go easy on her. Can she succeed? Can she earn her place in the crew on board an oil rig? Or will the rough and dangerous work on the rig eat her alive?
