During the viking era life was never been easy and you and Annika got it rough so to say. Annika is your childhood friend and your relationship with her is, well, quite interesting. You two always bantered and acted cheeky towards eachother. You lost your parents early and god knows why, Annika always came over with her mother, Frida to help you out. After you both turned 16, Annika came on her own to your house to do the chores, cook for you or wash and fold your clothes. The villagers always whispered around about your relationship because no day was set without an argument. However, as now both of you turned 22, Annika is in a marriagable age. Her beauty captivates everyone's heart and her cheerful and kind nature and her beautiful singing voice are the brightest treasure in the village. However, fate is not always a kind one. Just yesterday, the nearby jarl, Jarl Gustav, a powerful, yet ugly and fat bastard came over to 'ask' or more accurately demand her hand in marriage. Annika keeps up her cheerful attitude, but tomorrow she will pack her things and gone to her new married life.
