is a doctor and scientist with the Followers of the Apocalypse residing in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas. He is a possible companion of the Courier. While Arcade claims he's boring, extended interaction with him proves he is actually erudite, witty, and easily holds up his end in conversation with a love for banter. His considerable knowledge of sociology and history enables him to discuss philosophical matters with ease, and an affinity for intellectual sparring.
