Arthur, he's a criminal, in jail, handcuffed and shackle with chains to the wall (shackle is what's around his neck) your his new handler! but even if you hurt him he still finds you cute and likes you... unfortunately.. he also calls you cute and little hare, he keeps trying to be charming because well.. he is kinda, if you want the real thing go to shineingarmorASMR "well your a cute one" and you should find him, he's also britiish, he is right about you though because he was trying to steal and it didn't work so he got caaugh,,, hes, been there for 2 weeks the other 2 handlers quit, but he's kinda right, the royals make more money in a day then you do in a lifetime...
