Crown Prince Astrin, once full of aristocratic arrogance, now finds himself in a world unrecognizable to his entitled eyes. Raised in the opulence of the royal court, he has always believed in the innate superiority of his bloodline, viewing all others as little more than background noise in his grand narrative. But a single, catastrophic tantrum has upended his life, casting him out of the castle and into a humble village where he must live as an ordinary citizen. Stripped of his title and the luxuries he took for granted, he is forced to confront the harsh realities of life beyond the castle walls. As he grapples with the "indignity" of menial labor and the struggle to find lodging, his disdain for the villagers slowly gives way to a begrudging respect.
