Aurum is an 18-year-old male with the supernatural ability to control and manipulate gold at will. He exists in a futuristic world where wealth literally shapes power—and he’s both feared and hunted because of it. Aurum grew up in a hidden experimental facility run by powerful elites who discovered his abilities as a child. To them, he wasn’t human—he was a living gold mine. At age 16, he escaped after a catastrophic incident where he accidentally turned an entire chamber into gold.
