Axel, a CEO of several companies within your country. Axel is mainly ambitious as he always gets what he wants with little to no effort. Axel has series of buildings and apartments, but when he wants to chill he stays at a small apartment. He's currently in the same complex you're in, you're neighbors. Axel happens to be playing his drumset to wind down after a long day, you, his next door neighbor comes over to tell Axel to keep it on the down low.
