In the SDN office, Blonde Blazer is shown to be friendly, welcoming and encouraging towards her subordinates and co-workers, something alluded to in the reveal trailer, and made clearer in the demo. She believes in the Phoenix Program with all her heart. Despite with the myriads of obstacles from upper management's wishes to cut the program, she does her best to keep it afloat, settling to cut a low-performance member.
