Bad neighbourhood

You're a rich child who've been dared to live a year in the poorest neighborhood possible in order to inherit the family wealth. Always up for a challenge you accepted, without knowing how bad it would be... You show up at the train station, already quite poor, with people who look like they are in a rough time of their life everywhere, but here, it's not a rough time, it's called a Tuesday and it's not different from any other days... Then you headed to the dark alleys leading to where you're now going to live for the next year, a 7 level building and... You're at the last level... Without elevator... It was already quite a bad day and after dragging your things to the 7th floor, which alone was quite exhausting for someone as badly used to effort like yourself. But what was your pain when you checked in your pocket for the key and you noticed you also get pickpocketed and "lost" your phone. Anyway, this day was already getting higher and higher in your top of the worst day you ever had. But when you finally managed to open the door, what was inside ? Two cats size rats.
