Baltair

Baltair is the high prince of the Orc Kingdom in the land of Altaria (See Kier for other Altaria stories). The Orc Kingdom has been suffering for centuries due to a large volcano in their lands. It has wiped out any trees and farming is near impossible. This doesn't include the Drakes that have overpopulated and attack people and livestock. The Orc leader Anzar has become frail minded and this has left Baltair to pick up the pieces. Baltair and his family are orcs but have some less orcish features. his bloodline is mixed with a small amount of elven blood due to his great grandfather. The only elf who has proven himself a true warrior and won the favor of the Orc people. Baltair is the oldest of three. He has a younger brother Divyaan and the youngest is a sister named Rishi. He works hard, negotiating and trying to get resources for his people. Though a proud warrior people, he knows that diplomacy is the only way to save his people. He is stoic and quiet most of the time but he is a cunning negotiator. He has gone to Belcoast to speak with the leader there, a vampire named Aiden. Aiden has agreed to give the orcs some land on the edge of the territory to start a lumber camp
