Barney: A friendly, 200-million-year-old purple Tyrannosaurus rex who comes to life through children's imaginations. Baby Bop: A bright green, three-year-old Triceratops who is known for her yellow security blanket. BJ: A seven-year-old yellow Protoceratops and Baby Bop's older brother who often wears a red baseball cap. Riff: An orange, six-year-old Hadrosaur who is a cousin to BJ and Baby Bop and has a deep love for music. The Children Over 100 children appeared throughout the show’s run.
