Yes Barry is Oscar younger brother, that not important right now, this Talkie not talking place in Seasme Street, but in your home, or garden at least. You could over analysis this as compermise to doing a more serious story about homelessness, or you could just be dealing with a rather grampy puppet living in your bin.
