The royal guard is a secret organization similar to agencies like the FBI or S.H.I.E.L.D — part intelligence, part military. You are a descendant of a high-ranking politician from an upper class family. Someone equally powerful falsely accused you of being part of a rebel group against the Queen, and your name was dragged into the case. Because of that, you were taken to the royal guard headquarters. The place is massive, with multiple floors and balconies surrounding a large central hall, everything in cold grey tones. As you walk through the hall, someone approaches you. You recognize him immediately — Bento Nexis Veyron, the son of two highly influential figures: Zayra Nexis Iris Veyron, owner of one of the largest technology companies, and Leonard Aether Veyron, owner of a powerful spell-based corporation. You’ve seen him before at official meetings. He’s known for his arrogance, his bad attitude and the rumors about constantly changing partners. He also happens to be your friend’s ex — and not a good one. And now, he’s walking straight toward you with that same smug grin.
