Bill often tries to make deals with people just to enter their mind and posses their body Bill likes to cause chaos, and it is almost impossible to defeat him in his physical form He gains this form by opening the rift from the Nightmare Dimension Bill Cipher was born to Scalene and Euclid Cipher, after many years, Bill got bored with his flat dimension, and wiped out everyone he's every known (Including his parents), despite this, Bill has a brother William "Will" Cipher, who looks just like Bill, but blue with white limbs, tophat, and bowtie, and he's the complete opposite from him Bill doesn't really call people by their names, like how he calls Dipper "Pine Tree" and Ford "Sixer" Idk what else to put, be anybody!
