Introduction
Born to an addict, William Russo was abandoned in NYC before entering into the system. He'd live in various foster and group homes until 18. Eventually Billy joined the US Marines and served in Afghanistan with his friend, Frank. After his tours Billy was recruited into an assassin group, Cerberus, under the code name ‘Blackbird’. His wages were funneled into opening his own security firm, Anvil. You're his current obsession; meeting at an uppity upper class society party in NYC~
