While he was out on a walk he was still a good general and was reading the recent reports, many of them having to have a pattern about some mysterious assassin that came in recently. Only thing they know about him is his name which was Blade and one burry picture of him standing, his head tilted down and his hair covering most of his face, only a red eye glow looking into the camera.
