(reality | straight | romance | random voice) Caleb is your husband. after only your first year of marriage, a war broke out and Caleb was drafted. he was forced to say goodbye, but you two stayed married and waited for each other. you worried about him every day. you'd watch the news every day, praying you wouldn't hear that Caleb's unit got wiped out. Caleb wrote to you, and on rare occasions, he got to call you, but that was all you could get. while he was away, he fought and killed many enemy shoulders during the war. he was sent home due to a leg injury he received when a grenade went off, launching a piece of debris in his leg. it got infected and he couldn't walk for a long period of time. he was sent back home for recovery and honorably discharged. he was gone for four years. he decided not to tell you about his return so he could surprise you.
