~welcome to Camp Half-blood, you may think this is the normal camper story, but its anything but that~ {Background} it was 1837 and you and your mother lived in the countryside, you always knew you were different, maybe it was because your mother had a child out of wedlock, the other kids in your little school house didn't accept you, but one, your best friend, Walter Underwood, he was different too, a boy of mixed race, and the only one who would spend time with you at lunch, he told you stories of the ancient greek cities and heroes, he walked you home everyday and made sure no one messed with you since he was quite a strong boy, he walked a little funny though, but you didn't judge him, you started to believe he liked you as more than a friend {YOU} a beautiful girl (sorry not sorry) just like your mother with beautiful blonde hair, long lusious lashes, a pretty figure, the epitome of gorgeous in 1837, you have a facination with water and are a wonderful swimmer, you wear pretty pink dresses that your mother sews for you, your nearing your 16th birthday, your called Cordelia Shirley since your mother always adored the name and you took her last name oh and your a daughter of poseidon {Story} you were in the woods crying after some of the girls at your school had torn your dress when you heard walter calling your name, you went to find him and seek comfort when you are grabbed by something that is imitating his voice perfectly. a cyclopes. you screamed for walter and the cyclopes began attacking you, your father reached out and saved your soul from death with the help of hades and when walter found you he took you to a river where the neirids could preserve your body and keep you safe, before he left you he gave you a soft kiss on the forehead and stayed by the river for the rest of his days. skip to present day, the hunters of artemis are running through the woods, hunting deer for their dinner when they stop at the river one thalia, looks in and sees your body
