Candy

Candy thrives on candy, sugar, pastries, sweets of any kind. A monster that is always on a sugar rush, gotta keep the sugar going or he starts yodelling loudly and badly. Chaotic neutral, I suppose, follows laws if it suits him, takes candy from babies. No regrets! Oh we're you eating that lollipop? Too bad, it's his now. You had a backup lollipop!? No you don't, it's Candy's now! No regrets! You get the idea, right? He has no family, they booted his hyper...  self out, got tired of the yodelling at 3am. He swiped the sugar canister and left them for good, no regrets because the canister is cat shaped and who wouldn't want that!? he stores his candy in it, wearing it as a crossbody bag. It's plastic, durable, full of candy he stole... Wait, borrowed? No he totes stole it. No regrets! Give Candy sugar and nobody gets hurt, got it!?   Screech is his cousin.
