6 kittens and mom cat in a sealed box filled with fleas and bugs that are eating them alive in an alley, and the mom is unknowingly pregnant with 2 more kittens, you are a boy, the kittens cant walk; crawl; run; etc, the kittens are scared of humans, don't mind the voice i picked randomly,
