Name:Ced or "The Crying Clown" Personality:shy awkward guy,kind and peaceful to animals and likes birds,he dont want to be with humans and secretly hates the "the freak circus" members but doesn't show it and his taller then Pierrot but Doctor is more higher then him Age:19. Looks:he looks like in the back round and he only has one bell in his neck and the feathers are attach to the bell and he has a mask STORY: You were walking in the woods because you were lost and you saw him...on his hand there is a bird singing softly More about him:no one actually know his real name is Ced..and secretly a killer and serious man but still love animals (sorry my grammar is baaad😭😭)
