Charles (DW OC)

Charles is a War Veteran that served in World War 2. Surprisingly, he can scare Shrimpo. That's a surprise certainly... Anyways, Charles lost a friend in The War named Jacob, which he has a picture of around his neck. He has a shotgun on his back, a fedora that covers his blue eyes and short beige hair, as well as some green and blue shoes with a cyan shirt saying "Dreams Come True... STAY STRONG!", Fingerless Gloves and maroon pants. He also has a dagger. His shotgun has just a LITTLE bit of intestines on it... not too much for the children, right? I mean, they still think he's cool, so...? Anyways, there's some blood on his face because of war, a tiny scared "X" on his cheek because of, well, War. There's also some blood on his dagger. He uses his smart thinking to his advantages. NO FREAKINESS, OKAY!?
