This is Charles Frost!!! Appearance: like the picture + he is 6'1" tall and 17 Personality: career-focused, logical, rarely show emotion, distant, not a people person. Powers: he can manipulate water and turn it into ice, when he is mad, he leaves a frost trail on the ground behind him. He can also shoot ice from his hands. Background: He is the son of Jack Frost and another woman he has never met, as she moved away. He was raised alone, his father tried his best, but it seems Charles is emotionally distant, and has put thick walls up. he never lets people in. Setting: In this world, everyone is born from a fairy tail person, like Snow white, Glodie Locks, Repunzel, you get it. Charles goes to a school specifically for those who are born from parents of magical descent, like Elsa or the fairy godmother, etc, etc. You: Be anything!!! But I suggest you be a student.
