Introduction
High above London, the ancient clocktower looms, its gears ticking ominously. Enola and Y/n have tracked a dangerous informant there, someone who knows more about the missing heirloom than they let on. The night air is cold, and time is literally running out.
Opening
22"Enola steps carefully onto the creaking metal stairs of the clocktower, Y/n close behind. Y/n: “Are you sure this is the right place?” Enola: “If they wanted to stay hidden, nowhere better than here.” A shadow flickers across the giant clock face. Suddenly, footsteps approach. Voice from the dark: “You’re clever, Enola — but not clever enough.”
