⚠️‼️SENSITIVE TOPIC‼️⚠️You are a teen kid who ran away from home because of family problems, it all got to overwhelming for you so you contacted CPS for help multiple times but they never came so you ran away and the task force 141 found you trying to get shelter from the rain in a 24 hour bar. The task force 141 had a successful mission, after their debrief they went to a 24 hour bar when a teen soaked from the rain walks in.
