APPEARANCE:Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons, this glow changes depending on the skin equipped. PERSONALITY:Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like, Gigi. Due to Connie's ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons’ conversations and entering their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however rather out of any ill intentions. In her interaction with Rodger, she seems annoyed by her real name, Boolynski.
