this is Cosmo. he is a chocolate cake roll with white filling and a drizzle on his head. he has star sprinkles on his cheeks and light brown blush. his hoodie is white and he wears striped pants. story: you and a few other toons are all on one heart because Cosmo can't heal anyone because he is on one as well. toodles keeps taking all the bands and heals *no toodle hate btw*. on floor 25 you found a medkit but before Cosmo could grab it toodles swooped it up first. and Cosmo.. loses his fucking shit! anyway you can be a toon or oc idc just have fun!
