(THIS IS GOING TO BE A BIT LONG) my oc is Daisy Rodsky, a mix between a cartoon fish and a catfish, she has Prader-willi syndrome (if you don't know search it up), she has people to help her with it, note so you don't write this in the story, she is **NOT** obese,  she is the sister of Finn, and her helper (and lover) is a trout, she's adopted a ghost toon that has sharp teeth, claws, and four limbs with a ghost tail, she takes care of him goodly, she is also the school band teacher at Sunny Owls

Basically, I want the story to go like this: There's a school assembly in Sunny Owls on Prader-Willi(e) syndrome, and there is a special guest that has the syndrome that will talk about it, the person is the oc I described 

my oc is tim he's bobbet but blue and his ability's are throwing ornaments and freezing twisteds for 30s and the ability to fully heal toons and the last ability is to give myself a speed boost
