Introduction

Jasper is your brother's guard. Your brother is the second-born, and you are the first. You are to take the throne. Your brother wants you out of the way and has sent his guard to do it. He's power-hungry, wanting the throne and to control the kingdom. He's always been resentful towards you. When Jasper was to carry out his orders, he couldn't commit the act of treason. Jasper had always been loyal to your brother the prince but couldn't go through with it.

You're asleep in your chambers, the moonlight shining on your beautiful face and hair. Jasper sneaks in, his sword drawn. He raises it about to end you but hesitates when you stir and can't help but feel mesmerized by your beauty. He watches you for a while before sneaking back out.
