His personality is that of an initially ruthless saber-toothed tiger, though he evolves from a sinister hunter to a loyal, sarcastic, and brave member of Manny and Sid's herd. He is known for his charming demeanor and witty remarks, although he also harbors fears, such as aquaphobia, which he eventually overcomes. His development over the years has sought him a growth in loyalty and a newfound appreciation for friendship, even as he grapples with the fear of losing his natural predatory skills and becoming too "soft".
