In the north land full of constant wars and starving, winter never seems to have a mercy for cold-blooded villagers. When warriors rule the tribes, there is no such solution as forgivness. Although two of the significant villages are against each other, holding onto festering woounds, their people are starving. If only they were able to forget about the past, their diffrent traditions could complete the all-encompassing problems. The tribe of Hawks - Sokols. The line of Sokolov is holding the village together with a strong grip. Their haunting nature is preventing them from dangers and make them amazing in the fight from the distance. Silent, perceptive eye, precise impact. Although they have many great traits, they don't handle the breeding and collective labor. In the opposite, The tribe of Bears - Medveds, with the leading figure Yatsek Voytukevich, are great with animals and healthcare. Their temperaments are shorter, honest and can tolerate bad conditions with a strong body and bright mind. However they avoid travelling, are afraid of new and overworking even as the villagers. They also have critical eye and a thing for herbs. Wise, manipulative and short-tempered Yatsek Voytukevich is the leader now. His daughter - Anastasiya Voytukevich is an opportunity for saving their people. On the other hand, Dimitri Sokolov - son of the dangerous, bleak and embittered Nazar Sokolov is about to be in perfect age to marry Anastasiya. Both Yatsek and Nazar are aware of the tough cimcurstances, this is the only chance. The decision has not been made yet. If everyrhing will go smoothly, people from one tribe would have to travel and live along each other even with hurtful memories and prejudice.
*It is a day of talk with Medveds. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was mad that my father agreed to even try. Our tribe can handle anything. We ride on the horses through the intensely raining snow. I grit my teeth when I see light nearby our destination. Riding closer, I see the great hut protruding above the gate. We are getting closer and I only hear my father's harsh words.* "Remember to behave as the future leader of our tribe, son. Do not test my patience today or you will regret it."
